Canton Stand Band – Redwood City
Back on Christmas Day 2008, we found out on BBC One that Dave Coaches had gifted a Bluebirds shirt to a newly born Welsh baby boy.
It turns out that love for Cardiff City stuck, as Oscar Hartland, Gavin and Stacey‘s ‘Neil the baby’ is the front man in today’s Canton Stand band, Redwood City!
Redwood City consist of Hartland (front man), Peter Doble (bassist), Shay Furgusson (drummer) & Evan Burridge (lead guitarist).
We hope you all have a great time!
The FA, Premier League and EFL are together introducing new measures and stronger sanctions across the game to tackle the increased anti-social and criminal behaviours recently seen within football grounds and underline the importance of a safe matchday environment.
The new set of actions, which will be implemented across all English football leagues from the start of Season 2022/23 and backed by the Football Supporters’ Association, will target activity such as entering the pitch without permission, carrying or using smoke bombs or pyrotechnics and throwing objects – as well as drug use and discriminatory behaviour.
These acts are dangerous, illegal and have severe consequences. They have no place in football, or anywhere.
Any supporters who experience or witness any anti-social behaviour, directly or indirectly, should contact us by emailing [email protected] or texting 07554 158224, giving as much detail as possible (including row, seat number and a description of the incident).
Using video evidence and stewarding practices, we will do our utmost to identify anti-social individuals and ensure that they are no longer able to attend Cardiff City fixtures and are reported to the Police. We do not consider them supporters of our Club.

Football is for everyone. We might support different teams, but football unites and inspires us. It is a game with many opinions. But there is one on which we should all agree.
Racism and discrimination is not welcome in our game. So if you hear it, report it – whether in the street, at Cardiff City Stadium or online.
And when you see players taking the knee ahead of the game as a simple and peaceful act of protest this season, please respect their choice.
Because we are all Together Against Discrimination.
Saturday’s match begins at 3pm!
See you at CCS, Bluebirds!
